week

The system you need, built

in one

The email sequence you've rewritten twice and never sent; the newsletter you promised your partners in January; the content inspo you keep saving but never publish. You know the pieces are there and you've never had four uninterrupted hours to put them in order.

A week on my calendar, pointed at one thing on yours.

You have a list. Everyone does.

so, what exactly is a VIP WEEK?

It's me taking one thing off your list.

We book a week. Before it starts, we get on a 60-minute kickoff call and lock the scope down to the specifics. Then I build. At the end of the week you get a delivery and training call, where I hand it over and teach you how to run it. Three weeks of Voxer and email access after that, for the questions that come up once you're using it.

One project

custom content

  • Email sequences written in your voice
  • Newsletter setup, from format and cadence to the first three sends
  • A custom content strategy built on your messaging pillars, mapped to the platforms you use
  • Launch or campaign copy for a specific offer

  • Newsletter setup to the first three sends

copywriting & Newsletters

The writing you'd do yourself if you had time.

Custom ai Tools

  • A custom GPT trained on your process, your language, your standards
  • A client-facing tool that does something useful and puts your name on it every time someone opens it
  • Internal tools for a team that keeps asking you the same four questions

  • Newsletter setup to the first three sends
  • A custom content strategy built on your messaging pillars, mapped to platforms you use

Custom AI TOOLS

An AI tool you hand to your clients or your team.

Let's build it

the week before

Pre-work and planning. I review your brand book, your existing assets, and any resources that will be used for the build.

How it works

01

build week

We kickoff the week with a 60-minute call and finalize exactly what gets build. Then I get to work and start making some magic for you.

02

delivery +

At the end of the week, I hand over everything and walk you through running it yourself. You'll have 3 weeks of Voxer & email support.

03

One week of building, bookended by two calls. The only thing you have to do is tell me what you want on the front end and learn how to run it on the back end.

Roll out the red carpet, I'm a VIP

I'VE BUILT THIS BEFORE. PROBABLY THe EXACT THING you're wanting help with.

Eight years in mortgage, six of them ghostwriting for top producers and building brands across a district. I know what a newsletter to referral partners has to do, and I know what an email sequence sounds like when you wrote it versus when your marketing department did.

Now I build the systems too. Custom GPTs, content engines, tools clients hand to their own partners.

By the time your week starts, you've already done the hard part. You told me what you needed and I understood it the first time.

Q

&

A

What if I don't have a brand book?

For a Copy System Build, that's the first step. I write in your voice, and that only works when your voice is documented. Start with Brand Builder first. For a Custom Tool Build, you may not need a brand book. It depends on what you're wanting to build.

How fast can we start?

Weeks book out a few weeks in advance, and pre-work starts about a week before your build week opens. We'll pick your dates on the fit call.

What happens if I want changes after delivery?

That's what the three weeks of Voxer and email access are for. Small adjustments, questions that only come up once you're using the thing, a second set of eyes on your first send. The 30-minute follow-up call at the end is there to catch anything bigger.

Can I split the week across two projects?

No. One build, one week. Splitting it means two half-finished things instead of one that runs, and I'd rather you come back for a second week than get two of something you have to fix.

Do I need to be available during the build week?

I ask that you keep an eye on Voxer or email in case a question comes up that only you can answer, and I'll batch those rather than pinging you all week. Most people spend under thirty minutes total across the build week.

What if I want to keep working together after?

Yes, absolutey. If you want another session down the road instead, you can book one anytime. There's no package you're required to enter.
